Continuing this campaign, on August 26, 2023, Nguyen Thai Hoc Foundation sent a letter to the leaders of Japan, Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, Brunei, Myanmar, Cambodia, Timor-Leste, Laos, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, New Zealand, India, Taiwan and S. Korea. All outgoing letters have the same content.
